Lancaster, Pa.-based IPA 100 firm RKL LLP (FY25 net revenue of $148.2 million) has launched a senior living financial planning and analysis (FP&A) practice led by Ashley Lacis.
The new practice will help senior living and post-acute care providers evaluate their financial and operating performance and make forward-looking decisions. Its services include financial modeling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Lacis brings more than 20 years of experience in the senior living field. As practice leader, she will oversee FP&A services for continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, memory care and independent living providers, as well as management companies.
“I look forward to leading RKL’s Senior Living FP&A practice and helping organizations translate complex financial and operational information into meaningful insights,” Lacis said. “Our goal is to give leaders the visibility they need to assess opportunities, make sound decisions and position their organizations for long-term sustainability. By focusing on the ‘why’ and ‘what’s next’ rather than just the ‘what,’ providers will be able to align data to specific actionable strategies.”
“Ashley’s depth of industry experience, actuarial insight and strategic perspective make her the ideal leader to build and grow our Senior Living FP&A practice,” said Lindsey Marchant, a partner in RKL’s senior living services consulting group.
