Louis Plung Names Beth Bershok Chief Growth Officer

Pittsburgh-based Louis Plung & Company (LPC) has promoted Beth Bershok from chief marketing officer to chief growth officer, a newly created role intended to support the firm’s growth while maintaining its independence.

Bershok will continue to lead LPC’s marketing department while developing and executing the firm’s overall growth strategy. Her responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, deepening client relationships, developing strategic partnerships and aligning the firm’s marketing and business development efforts.

“We’ve been independent for 105 years and we intend to stay that way,” said Lindsay Andrews, MP of LPC. “Creating this role is a strategic step to help us do exactly that. Beth has played a key role in the firm’s growth over the last five years as CMO, and she has the vision to help us get to the next level.”

Bershok has served as LPC’s chief marketing officer for five years, during which the firm doubled in size.

“LPC has built something truly special here in Pittsburgh,” Bershok said. “It’s been so much fun working with this team as we doubled in size over the last five years and I’m excited to take on this new role and see what we can accomplish together next.”
