Miami-based IPA 100 firm H&CO (FY25 net revenue of $108.1 million) acquired Mexico City-based Moore Orozco Medina, expanding its presence in Mexico and across Latin America.
Founded in 1976, Moore Orozco Medina provides accounting, tax, audit, international tax, transfer pricing and cross-border advisory services to multinational and regional companies. The firm, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, has been a longtime member of the Moore Global network.
Moore Orozco Medina’s leadership and professionals will join H&CO and continue serving clients from its Mexico City office. The combination gives its clients access to H&CO’s broader international capabilities, including cross-border tax, global expansion advisory, international M&A, human capital and technology services.
“Moore Orozco Medina has built an exceptional foundation in Mexico through technical excellence and trusted advisory,” said Armando Hernandez, CEO and co-founder of H&CO. “Our role is to provide the global infrastructure, technology and resources to extend that excellence across the Americas and around the world.”
“Celebrating our 50th anniversary while joining H&CO marks an important new chapter for our firm,” said Miguel Orozco Medina. “Joining H&CO allows us to preserve those values while providing our clients and professionals with access to broader international resources, technology and capabilities.”
Founded in 1992, H&CO has approximately 1,500 professionals across more than 40 countries.
