Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm KSM (FY25 net revenue of $215.3 million) appointed Mike Greenwald as a partner in its Tax Services Group.
Greenwald will be based in the firm’s New York office and will advise clients on complex federal tax matters, with a focus on partnership taxation, real estate and business transactions. His experience includes domestic and cross-border M&A, transaction structuring and due diligence, real estate transactions, ESOP consulting and bankruptcy tax matters.

Greenwald previously served as a partner and corporate and business tax practice leader at Friedman, where he advised clients on complex federal tax matters and business transactions. He has also held several leadership roles with the AICPA and currently serves as an elected at-large member of AICPA Council.
