Greenville, S.C.-based IPA 100 firm Elliott Davis (FY25 net revenue of $212 million) has appointed 12 professionals as principals across its assurance, tax, consulting and professional practice teams, effective July 1.
The new principals are:

- David Westmoreland — Tax
The firm has also made 20 recent direct admissions across markets in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Colorado, New York, Illinois, Indiana and Georgia. Elliott Davis said the additions are intended to expand its geographic reach and deepen expertise in high-demand service areas.
