Frankfort, Ill.-based Friedman+Huey (FY25 net revenue of $27.3 million) promoted Benjamin “Benji” Kramer to chief technology officer, effective Aug. 1.
Kramer began his career with Friedman+Huey as a tax accountant in 2010 before transitioning into technology leadership four years later. In his new role, he will guide the firm’s technology strategy, cybersecurity initiatives, digital infrastructure and process innovation.
Kramer manages the firm’s innovation committee and organizes its annual FH Connect conference. He also works to expand the technology supporting the firm’s Client Accounting Services and Virtual Family Office programs and collaborates with technology vendors on software development.
