New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper (FY25 net revenue of $1.24 billion) added Scott Moritz as managing director in its Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services practice within the Financial Advisory Services Group.
Moritz, who joined the firm in June, will lead and expand the firm’s forensic accounting, complex investigations and compliance advisory capabilities. He brings nearly 40 years of experience advising boards, organizational leaders and outside counsel on white-collar crime, anti-bribery and corruption and money laundering risk.
“Scott has built a distinguished reputation across the legal, compliance, regulatory and law enforcement communities for his investigative acumen and ability to design and remediate complex compliance programs,” said Allen Wilen, partner and national director of EisnerAmper’s Financial Advisory Services Group. “These efforts have frequently led to successful resolutions with the U.S. Department of Justice, the SEC and foreign regulators.”
Moritz previously served as an FBI special agent and held senior leadership roles at several professional services firms. He later founded White Collar Forensic, an investigative, forensic accounting and compliance advisory firm serving clients globally.
“This move gives clients access to expanded resources and scale, while still preserving the hands-on, relationship-driven approach that defines our work,” Moritz said. “I’m looking forward to building on that foundation and continuing to assist clients who are facing some of their most difficult challenges and driving growth in white-collar crime investigations and forensic work across the U.S.”
