Atlanta-based IPA 400 firm CKH Group (FY25 net revenue of $15.2 million) acquired the Michigan audit practice of Jason F. Clausen, expanding its audit practice and capabilities in commercial and nonprofit assurance services.
As part of the acquisition, joins CKH Group as audit director and Greg Silos joins as audit manager. Seven additional professionals will also join CKH Group, bringing the total incoming team to nine.
The addition expands CKH Group’s capabilities in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) audits, Service Organization Control (SOC) reporting, peer reviews and nonprofit audits.

The existing engagement team will remain in place, with clients continuing to work with their current professionals. They will also gain access to CKH Group’s broader audit, tax, accounting and advisory services.
