Canfield, Ohio-based IPA 100 firm HBK CPAs & Consultants (FY25 net revenue of $185.2 million) announced today that Shlomo Lang has joined as principal of valuation, litigation and forensics, based in the firm’s Mid-Atlantic region.
Lang specializes in the valuation of businesses, securities and intangible assets, advising clients on financial and tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, strategic planning, bankruptcy and restructuring, shareholder disputes, impairment testing, share-based compensation and fair value measurements under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. He has also participated in national quality review programs focused on valuation matters in audit engagements.

Prior to joining HBK, Lang held senior valuation and financial consulting roles with global accounting firms and financial services organizations. He also served as chief financial officer of a global animation company.
