New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY24 net revenue of $1.15 billion) announced that Jenn Chou has joined the firm as a Partner in its Asset Management & Financial Services practice.
Based in San Francisco, Chou is a tax executive with nearly two decades of experience in public accounting and asset management. Her practice focuses on serving clients in the venture capital, private equity and fund-of-funds sectors.
Chou joins CohnReznick from a global consulting firm where, as Managing Director/Partner for its Alternative Investment Fund practice, she helped build and lead the growth, infrastructure and culture of its Silicon Valley office. Her extensive asset management experience includes handling complex fund operations, compliance and tax consulting for leading investment firms.

Chou’s prior experience includes serving as a Tax Director for a Big 4 firm where she led venture capital business development and practice development efforts involving internal infrastructure, training, recruiting and technology standardization. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Finance Manager for a major Palo Alto based venture capital firm and served the alternative investment fund industry as a tax manager with two Big 4 firms.
