Meaden & Moore Welcomes Tim Perdion as Chief Operating Officer

Cleveland-based IPA 200 firm Meaden & Moore (FY24 net revenue of $52.6 million) announced that Tim Perdion has joined as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Perdion brings more than 25 years of experience in professional services, technology and operations leadership. As COO, he leads firmwide operational execution and works closely with leadership to support growth, innovation and strategic initiatives. His responsibilities include driving operational performance, leading technology and process transformation initiatives, overseeing integrations and strengthening the infrastructure needed to support the firm’s growth.

Prior to joining Meaden & Moore, Perdion served as Director of Practice Management & Service Delivery Technology at Ascend Partner Services, where he led multi-firm technology standardization, AI tool deployment, vendor governance and M&A integration efforts across the platform.

Before Ascend, Perdion spent 10 years at CBIZ, most recently serving as Vice President of Practice Management. In that role, he oversaw practice management systems and technology platforms supporting more than 4,000 users across multiple service lines, led operational efficiency initiatives and managed the integration of acquired firms into the organization’s technology ecosystem.

Prior to his roles at Ascend and CBIZ, Perdion held leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Charter One Bank and Goodyear, where he led financial systems, operational improvement and business transformation initiatives.

At Meaden & Moore, Perdion will help drive operational excellence, support strategic growth initiatives, and lead technology and process improvements across the firm.
