Raleigh, N.C.-based IPA 100 firm Cherry Bekaert (FY24 net revenue of $658 million) has acquired Houston-based IPA 300 firm Calvetti Ferguson (FY24 net revenue of $40.1 million), expanding its presence across Texas and strengthening its Nashville, Tenn., market.
Founded in 2003, Calvetti Ferguson serves middle-market clients in industries including real estate and construction, energy, private equity and venture capital, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, nonprofit and technology. The firm operates offices in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and Nashville.
