Eden Prairie, Minn.-based IPA 100 firm Boulay PLLP (FY24 net revenue of $66.2 million) has named Erik Allen managing partner, effective June 1, succeeding Tom Johnson, who retired May 31 after more than 40 years with the firm and four years as managing partner.
As managing partner, Allen will lead the firm’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, practice quality and talent development efforts across the organization.
