New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper (FY24 net revenue of $1.02 billion) has added Raymond Werth as a corporate tax partner.
Werth brings more than 25 years of experience advising public and private companies on corporate tax matters, including ASC 740 tax provision accounting, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and tax strategies for flow-through entities across industries such as technology, manufacturing, professional services and retail.
