Smolin Lupin Names Managing Director in Forensic and Valuation Services

Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 200 firm Smolin Lupin & Co. LLC (FY24 net revenue of $33.4 million) has named Monica Kaden as managing director in its forensic and valuation services group.

Kaden brings more than 30 years of experience in valuation and forensic accounting, serving clients across a range of industries. She is known for her expertise in healthcare valuation and litigation matters, supporting complex transactions, disputes and strategic decision-making.

Kaden has provided valuation and forensic services related to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, estate and gift tax matters and litigation support. Her work includes advising clients, attorneys and other advisors on complex financial matters.
