New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY24 net revenue of $1.15 billion) has admitted Brandon Boyle as an international tax partner in its San Francisco office.
Boyle advises on international tax matters across technology, life sciences, financial services and digital assets, including cross-border restructuring, foreign tax credits and global tax strategy. He supports companies at all stages of expansion and has experience handling international tax controversy matters with the IRS.
