Limerick, Pa.-based IPA 200 firm Maillie LLP (FY24 net revenue of $25.1 million) has named Gregory J. Shank as MP, succeeding Laurie E. Tolle, who is retiring after 19 years with the firm.
Shank, a partner in the firm’s Limerick office, brings more than 30 years of experience advising businesses across a range of industries. A CPA and certified valuation analyst, he has guided clients through the full business life cycle, from acquisition to sale, and has served as a trusted advisor to business owners.
