New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY24 net revenue of $1.15 billion) has appointed Margaret Smith as chief administration and transformation officer.
Smith brings leadership experience in professional services organizations, where she has partnered with global teams to drive innovation, operational excellence and business-critical services. She has focused on enabling organizations to perform at their best, with an emphasis on inclusive leadership, wellbeing and building high-performing teams.
In her new role, Smith will lead operational excellence and transformation across the firm’s practice management functions. She will collaborate across the organization to support firm goals and enhance the experience for clients and personnel as the firm continues to scale and innovate.
