Albuquerque, N.M.-based IPA 100 firm REDW Advisors & CPAs (FY24 net revenue of $65.0 million) has opened a new office in Las Vegas, expanding its footprint to five offices nationwide.
The new office, located in the Downtown Summerlin area, strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients throughout Nevada and Southern California while continuing to support organizations across the U.S. The location adds to REDW’s existing offices in Albuquerque, Phoenix, Salem, Ore., and Oklahoma City.
“Every expansion we pursue must align with our strategic pillars: innovation, sustained profitable growth, client experience and team learning and development,” said Steve Cogan, managing principal. “Las Vegas is an important market for many of our tribal and gaming clients, but it is also a dynamic business community. Establishing an office here allows us to continue delivering exceptional service to those clients across Nevada and nationwide while also bringing the full breadth and depth of REDW’s integrated advisory services to organizations in Las Vegas.”
“The Las Vegas office is really a response to where our clients and talent are,” said Adam Smith, principal in the firm’s audit & assurance practice and leader of the Las Vegas office. “Many of the gaming operators we serve have a presence here, and Las Vegas is also a central gathering place for the broader gaming industry, both commercial and tribal. But beyond that, it is a place where businesses across many industries are growing, and we see tremendous opportunity.”
The office also reflects the firm’s hybrid workplace approach. Katherine Bastow, vice president of people operations, said the space is designed to support flexibility while fostering collaboration.
“Our leadership recognizes the importance of attracting and retaining top talent, and with that has come a continued evolution of benefits, especially as it relates to remote and hybrid workers,” Bastow said. “Rather than large-scale offices designed to support team members in the office five days a week, REDW offers hybrid work environments like this new Las Vegas location, featuring smaller footprints that support flexibility and allow us to adapt quickly to evolving talent and business needs, while also creating opportunities for peer and client connection.”
