Marlton, N.J.-based IPA 300 firm Baratz & Associates PA (FY24 net revenue of $14.1 million) has acquired Acute Accounting Solutions LLC to expand its outsourced accounting and CFO services capabilities.
Acute Accounting Solutions, founded by Isolde Benyo, will lead the firm’s client advisory services (CAS) practice. Benyo and her six-person team bring experience in outsourced accounting, fractional CFO services and technology-enabled financial operations, including expertise as a Sage Intacct partner.
