(FY24 net revenue of $146.5 million) has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Brian McCuller as tax practice leader, Gabe Shurek as co-leader and partner in its forensic, litigation & valuation practice and the promotion of William Rust to tax partner.
These appointments support the continued growth of the firm’s tax and forensic, litigation & valuation practices as client needs grow more complex. The firm said the moves strengthen its ability to deliver specialized expertise and strategic guidance to businesses and individuals.

In his new role, he will lead the strategic direction of the firm’s tax practice alongside Jeffrey Cohen, who assumes the role of tax technical practice leader, focusing on technical leadership and quality oversight.
“Grassi has built a strong reputation through its multidisciplinary leadership and employee-owned culture that aligns client service with results,” said McCuller. “I’m excited to bring my experience leading tax practices and advising clients as we continue building on this momentum.”
