New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY24 net revenue of $1.15 billion) has hired Nicholas Papke as a managing director in its transaction advisory practice.
Papke brings extensive deal experience, having led more than 100 transaction advisory engagements since 2020. His expertise includes financial due diligence, cross-border team leadership, operational analysis and advisory support across a range of industries and deal structures.

Prior to joining the firm, Papke spent 10 years with a global professional services firm, where he led cross-border coordination between U.S. and India-based advisory teams. He focused on scaling capabilities, enhancing collaboration and improving engagement quality.
