RubinBrown Names Megan Knoblauch Assistant Managing Partner

St. Louis-based IPA 100 firm RubinBrown LLP (FY24 net revenue of $240.4 million) has named Megan Knoblauch as assistant managing partner.

Knoblauch will work closely with managing partner Steven L. Harris and chairman John F. Herber Jr. to support firmwide operations and represent the firm across its markets. Herber will continue focusing on the firm’s vision and strategic growth initiatives.

The appointment is part of the firm’s succession planning efforts as it approaches 75 years in business and continues to expand.

Based in Kansas City, Knoblauch will continue serving as managing partner of the Kansas City office alongside her new responsibilities. She joined the firm in 2006 and is active in several professional and community organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and regional business groups.

“RubinBrown is honored to name Megan Knoblauch as the firm’s Assistant Managing Partner,” said Herber. “Megan’s ability to see the big picture and her innate interpersonal skills make her a perfect fit for this role.”

“Megan is a team player,” said Harris. “I am very much looking forward to collaborating closely with her on the day-to-day operations of RubinBrown. She brings a great depth of experience and perspective on how to continue to foster RubinBrown’s success into the future, while supporting our team members.”

“I am honored to take on this new role,” said Knoblauch. “It is a great privilege to be able to represent RubinBrown in the community and profession, and be able to keep focus on inspiring our teams to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.”
