
Brian Koltin
Koltin Consulting Group has appointed Brian Koltin as chief corporate development officer and announced leadership promotions as the firm continues to expand its advisory work across the professional and financial services sector.
Brian Koltinjoins the firm with experience in transaction advisory services. He previously worked in the transaction advisory services group at RSM US LLP, where he performed buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms and strategic buyers. His work included quality of earnings analysis, net working capital assessments and other financial diligence supporting acquisitions and strategic transactions.

The firm also announced two internal promotions. Donna Cox has been promoted to chief operating officer, where she will oversee firm operations and internal infrastructure, and Angela Bruks has been promoted to chief of staff, working with senior leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and support client engagement across the firm.
