Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY24 net revenue of $485.3 million) has announced several leadership appointments aimed at expanding industry capabilities, strengthening regional leadership and supporting the firm’s continued growth across the U.S. and globally.
The appointments position the firm to deepen industry specialization and enhance service delivery as it continues to scale. Richard Kopelman, CEO of Aprio, said the leadership changes are designed to help the firm evolve alongside its clients.

Adam Venokur, tax partner, has been named global M&A growth leader, a newly created role. Venokur previously served as Northeast regional leader and will now guide newly joined firms through Aprio’s integration program while supporting first-year growth initiatives to accelerate access to expanded services and cross-functional resources.
Adam Beckerman, audit partner and manufacturing, distribution and consumer products national leader, has been appointed Northeast regional leader. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Beckerman will lead the region’s growth while strengthening alignment between local teams and the firm’s global capabilities.
Additional appointments include Alan Langelli, audit partner, who now serves as Midwest regional leader; Jon Segal, tax partner, who has been named Chicago office leader; and David Siegel, audit partner, who has been appointed technology industry leader. In their respective roles, the leaders will focus on expanding specialized services, strengthening local market presence and supporting clients navigating growth, innovation and regulatory complexity.
