Albuquerque, N.M.-based IPA 100 firm REDW Advisors & CPAs (FY24 net revenue of $65.04 million) has promoted Nicole Brown to vice president of business operations. Brown previously served as director of business operations and will continue to be based primarily in the firm’s Albuquerque office.
Nicole Brown
As head of business operations, Brown provides executive leadership for strategic initiatives focused on organizational performance, scalability and operational alignment across the firm’s national and global footprint. Since joining REDW in 2024, she has led practice management modernization efforts, established standardized policies and processes across offices and integrated financial and administrative operations to strengthen performance metrics.
In her expanded role, Brown will oversee firmwide initiatives, support mergers and acquisitions with a focus on integration and change management and continue developing high-performing teams.
Brown brings experience in business operations, M&A coordination, cross-functional leadership and process transformation within financial and professional services environments. She works closely with firm leadership to advance strategic investments and scalable growth structures.
