Los Angeles-based IPA 100 firm GHJ (FY24 net revenue of 63.67 million) has announced that Blueprint CFO, a fractional CFO services firm, joined the firm effective Nov. 1. The combination expands GHJ’s ability to support clients with strategic financial guidance across all stages of growth.
Founded by Jim Downes, Blueprint CFO provides fractional CFO services to growing businesses seeking financial strategy and clarity without the cost of a full-time CFO. The firm serves clients across multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing and technology.
“Joining GHJ allows us to bring even more value to our clients while staying true to the personalized service that defines Blueprint CFO,” said Downes. “Our clients now have access to a broader range of expertise and resources, delivered with the same hands-on approach they trust.”
The combination brings together Blueprint CFO’s personalized financial strategy services with GHJ’s capabilities across tax, audit and assurance, advisory and search and staffing solutions. The move also strengthens GHJ’s presence throughout Southern California and supports continued expansion into key markets.
“This is a natural extension of our commitment to serving clients where they are and helping them scale with purpose,” said Tom Barry, MP of GHJ. “Blueprint CFO has built a strong reputation for high-quality work and deep client relationships, and we are excited to welcome the team.”
