Johns brings 20 years of experience helping accounting firms drive sustainable growth through strategic marketing, branding and communications. Prior to joining Inovautus Consulting, she served as director of practice growth at a Top 100 accounting firm, where she worked closely with firm leadership to align marketing strategy with business development, specialization and long-term growth objectives.
