PKF O’Connor Davies Promotes 10 to Partner

New York-based IPA 100 firm PKF O’Connor Davies (FY24 net revenue of $410 million) has announced the promotion of 10 professionals to partner, effective in 2026. The promotions reflect the firm’s continued investment in leadership across tax, audit, advisory and transaction services.

Andrew Byrne has more than 30 years of experience in tax accounting, planning and compliance. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals and businesses, advising on federal and state tax law, long-term financial strategy and tax planning opportunities. Byrne is known for his attention to detail and ability to communicate complex tax matters in a way that supports informed decision-making. He is based in the firm’s New York City office. 

Jennifer Clark brings nearly 20 years of accounting and auditing experience, with more than a decade focused on governmental entities including towns, villages, school districts and special districts. She advises clients on the adoption of new accounting standards and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable reporting requirements. Clark works out of the firm’s Hauppauge, N.Y. office. 

Jason Geisler offers more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance, planning and advisory services across industries including private equity, real estate and closely held businesses. He supports high-net-worth individuals with year-round tax planning and has experience in tax structuring for buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as representing clients before taxing authorities. Geisler is based in Woodcliff Lake, N.J. 

Danielle Grimes contributes more than 25 years of public accounting experience to the firm’s private client services group. She works with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors on tax planning and compliance related to individual income tax. Grimes also provides tax services to investment partnerships, trusts and private foundations, including compliance and planning. She is based in Woburn, Mass. 

Amy Neimeister brings nearly 20 years of experience providing auditing services to municipalities, school districts and not-for-profit organizations. Her responsibilities include overseeing audit planning, fieldwork and reporting in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Neimeister has performed state-mandated attestation procedures for eight of New Jersey’s 18 community colleges and works out of the firm’s Voorhees, N.J. office. 

Helen Rexwinkel delivers more than 20 years of experience in operational risk and due diligence. She leads PKF O’Connor Davies’ operational risk advisory services group, assisting clients in identifying and managing operational risks and opportunities, particularly within private market investments. Rexwinkel previously led global operational due diligence and private equity operations teams at a European asset manager and is based in Stamford, Conn. 

Brooke Rossi has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, specializing in audits for private schools, private clubs and not-for-profit organizations. She advises clients on financial statement preparation and also works on special projects including budgeting, systems and internal controls and comparative analyses. Rossi is based in Providence, R.I. 

Alberto Sinesi brings more than 15 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and corporate development. He has advised public and private clients on domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors including business services, manufacturing, consumer products and retail. Sinesi also provides valuation and transaction opinion services and works out of the firm’s Stamford, Conn. office. 

Michael Trapp has more than 15 years of auditing experience focused on not-for-profit organizations, including independent schools, social service organizations, private foundations and membership organizations. He works closely with boards and oversees engagement teams throughout the audit process, including Single Audits and internal control reviews. Trapp is based in Harrison, N.Y. 

Justin Warren offers more than 10 years of experience providing federal, state and local tax compliance and advisory services to middle-market companies and high-net-worth individuals. He serves clients across industries including real estate, financial services, private equity and professional services and is known for advising on emerging tax issues. Warren is based in Stamford, Conn. 

PKF O’Connor Davies continues to grow through a combination of organic expansion and acquisitions and has stated a long-term goal of becoming a $1 billion-plus annual revenue firm.
