Salem, Ore.-based IPA 100 firm REDW Advisors & CPAs (FY24 net revenue of $65.04 million) has announced that Teresa G. Rawlins, has been promoted to principal in the firm’s national audit and assurance practice.

In her expanded leadership role, Rawlins will provide senior oversight for complex audit engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and audit committees. She will guide risk management and quality initiatives, mentor audit professionals and support the firm’s strategic growth. Based in REDW’s Pacific Northwest office, Rawlins will serve clients across the firm’s national footprint.
Rawlins brings 25 years of experience to the role, with expertise in auditing Oregon school districts, nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans. She joined Grove Mueller & Swank in 2006 and advanced to senior manager in the audit and assurance practice. Following REDW’s acquisition of the firm in 2023, Rawlins continued providing leadership to strengthen REDW’s presence in the Pacific Northwest.
Rawlins is a licensed CPA in Oregon and an Oregon licensed municipal auditor. She is a member of the AICPA and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.
