PrimeGlobal, a global association of independent accounting and advisory firms, has announced new appointments to its North America Regional Council and global board, highlighting leadership from IPA Top 100 firms.
Three leaders from IPA Top 100 firms have been appointed to the North America Regional Council for three-year terms:
- Jeff Agranoff, operations partner at Grassi
- Jamie Ellis, chief operating officer at Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM)
- Richard Lynch, managing principal at Sikich
In addition, John Buckley, partner at AAFCPA, also an IPA Top 100 firm, has been appointed to the PrimeGlobal board as a North America director.
“These appointments reflect the exceptional strength and commitment of our North American member firms,” said Jenn Walker, executive director, Americas at PrimeGlobal. “Jeff, Jamie, Richard, and John bring tremendous expertise, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s accounting firms. Their leadership will be invaluable as we continue to deliver outstanding value to our member firms across the region, representing almost 13,000 professionals in seven countries.”
The North America Regional Council plays a key role in shaping PrimeGlobal’s strategy and ensuring member firm needs remain central to the association’s initiatives. The PrimeGlobal board serves as an oversight body responsible for approving strategic direction and monitoring delivery.
“The accounting profession is experiencing unprecedented change, and firms need more than technical expertise, they need operational excellence and forward-thinking leadership,” Walker added. “These appointments signal our focus on next-generation leadership and the operational capabilities that will define successful firms in the years ahead.”
The appointments align with PrimeGlobal’s five-year strategy, Transform to 2030: Ready for Business, which is designed to equip member firms with the skills, expertise and resources needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving profession. The selections reflect PrimeGlobal’s focus on addressing practical challenges, including talent development, succession planning, technology adoption and organizational transformation.
“The active participation of leading firms in our governance structures demonstrates the value our members place in PrimeGlobal,” said Steve Heathcote, CEO of PrimeGlobal. “When firms of this caliber choose to invest their time and leadership in our association, it speaks volumes about the collaborative spirit and mutual commitment that define PrimeGlobal. As we execute our new strategy, having leaders who understand the realities of running and growing successful firms ensures our initiatives remain practical, relevant, and genuinely valuable to our members.”
