Providence, R.I.-based IPA 100 firm KLR (FY24 net revenue of $75.02 million) has announced that Jade M. Toher, Jamie Z. Hansen, and Joseph A. Quattrocchi, have been admitted as equity partners, effective January 1.
The promotions reflect the firm’s continued investment in leadership and technical expertise across assurance, nonprofit and private equity tax services to meet the increasingly complex needs of privately held businesses, investors and nonprofit organizations.
Jade M. Toher, brings 17 years of public accounting experience and is a member of KLR’s transaction advisory group. Toher advises clients throughout the buy-sell process and provides strategic guidance across private equity, manufacturing and distribution and professional services industries. In addition to client service, she leads the firm’s intern recruiting efforts.

Jamie Z. Hansen, has 18 years of public accounting experience and works extensively with nonprofit organizations. Hansen advises clients on compliance requirements, government contracting and Uniform Financial Reporting filings and provides management consulting services related to internal controls, financial reporting, board governance and strategic planning.

Joseph A. Quattrocchi, brings 15 years of experience and serves as KLR’s growth and transition services practice leader. Quattrocchi specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings analysis and pension plan auditing and works with clients navigating growth, restructuring and transaction-related decisions.
