ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC, a national consulting firm focused on leadership development and team transformation in the accounting profession, is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
Founded in 2000 by Jennifer Wilson and James C. Metzler, ConvergenceCoaching was established in response to the growing convergence of leadership and management and the increasing role of technology in accounting firms. Since its founding, they have focused on helping leaders adapt, innovate and position their firms for long-term success.
“In 2000, we set out to compel firm leaders to embrace change – in mindset, culture, and their approach to running their firms all so they could build firms that would thrive well into the future,” said Wilson, co-founder and partner. “Twenty-five years later, as more boomers retire, that mission is more relevant than ever. We are grateful for the incredible clients and friends who have been part of this journey and we are so energized about the possibilities for what’s to come.”
Today, ConvergenceCoaching works with accounting and consulting firms nationwide to deliver frameworks supporting strategic and succession planning, growth strategies, leadership development and coaching, and customized consulting services designed to help future leaders want to own firms and clients want to engage with them long term.
