Stockton, Calif.-based IPA 300 firm Bowman & Company LLP (FY24 net revenue of $22.89 million) has announced that Nicole A. Schubert and Joshua M. Saner have been admitted as partners of the firm, effective January 1.
Schubert has been with Bowman for more than two decades and is a member of the firm’s audit department. Since joining the firm in 2002, Schubert has specialized in affordable housing and real estate development engagements and is known for her technical expertise, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality client service.
As an audit leader, Schubert oversees engagement planning, reporting and staff development, ensuring engagements meet the firm’s standards for quality, compliance and professionalism. She is also recognized for her collaborative communication style and dedication to mentoring emerging professionals, as well as her contributions to strengthening the firm’s systems and processes.
Schubert will continue to serve clients while contributing to the firm’s leadership and long-term strategic direction.
Saner is a member of Bowman’s tax department and is recognized for his technical expertise, leadership and client-focused approach. He joined the firm in 2019 as a manager after gaining experience at large regional accounting firms in Northern California.
Since joining Bowman, Saner has built a strong reputation serving closely held businesses and individuals across a variety of industries. His experience includes taxation of construction contractors and real estate developers, as well as manufacturers, particularly in the food and beverage sector. He provides tax planning, compliance and advisory services with a focus on identifying opportunities to reduce tax liabilities and support long-term business goals.
Throughout his tenure at Bowman, Saner has played a key role in mentoring staff and supporting the firm’s continued growth. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, responsiveness to clients and commitment to building lasting client relationships.
