Moore Colson Admits Tracy Burton as Tax Partner

Atlanta-based IPA 200 firm Moore Colson (FY24 net revenue of $44.82 million) has announced that Tracy Burton has been admitted as a partner in the firm’s tax practice.

Burton joined Moore Colson in 2019 as a tax senior manager and was promoted to director in 2023. She brings more than 16 years of experience serving clients in the private equity and real estate industries, including residential, industrial and commercial real estate. At Moore Colson, Burton focuses on tax compliance and planning for real estate funds and managers, with experience that includes tax structuring and compliance for REITs and complex partnership tax matters.
