Chattanooga, Tenn.-based IPA 100 firm HHM CPAs (FY24 net revenue of 76.83 million) has announced that HHM Talent, originally launched as a service offering in February 2024, is now operating as a standalone talent services firm. HHM Talent joins the firm’s growing family of companies, which also includes HHM Bookkeeping Solutions and HHM Wealth Advisors.

Working alongside HHM CPAs and leveraging the firm’s infrastructure and professional network, HHM Talent provides recruiting services designed to connect organizations with talent across a wide range of industries and roles.
HHM Talent is led by Joe Arrigo, who also serves as director of talent at HHM CPAs. The firm differentiates itself by billing recruiting services on an hourly basis rather than charging a percentage of a hire’s first-year salary.
