Chattanooga, Tenn.-based IPA 100 firm HHM CPAs (FY24 net revenue of 76.83 million) has announced that Melissa Gasior has joined the firm as a tax partner.

Gasior brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on complex federal, state and multistate tax matters. She specializes in tax planning and compliance for real estate, insurance, private equity and investment partnerships, supporting organizations as they navigate regulatory requirements, optimize tax strategies and manage multi-entity structures. At HHM, Gasior will lead complex tax engagements, support multistate and multi-entity clients and strengthen the firm’s technical capabilities across its tax practice.

Prior to joining HHM, Gasior held leadership roles at three top 10 national CPA firms, where she managed large-scale tax engagements, M&A tax diligence and multi-entity compliance for a diverse client base. She is actively involved in professional and community organizations and is passionate about mentoring emerging accounting professionals.
