Tulsa-based IPA 100 firm HoganTaylor (FY24 net revenue of $75.82 million) has announced that Matt Nail and Taylor Townsend have been admitted as partners, effective January 1. 
Matt Nail has been admitted as a partner in the firm’s assurance practice. He joined HoganTaylor in 2010 and has more than 15 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to publicly and privately held clients, with a focus on nonprofit, energy and financial services organizations. Nail is based in the firm’s Oklahoma City office.
Taylor Townsend has been admitted as a partner in the firm’s tax practice. He has more than 10 years of experience providing tax services to clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, consumer packaged goods brokers, real estate development and syndication, engineering and architecture. Townsend is based in HoganTaylor’s Fayetteville, Ark. office.
