Los Angeles-based IPA 100 firm HCVT (FY24 net revenue of $267.28 million) has announced that five professionals have been admitted to the partnership, effective January 1.
The new partners are Philip Crocco, Goran Jovicic, Perchui Manasarian, Inessa Sarkisyan and Rebecca Wexelman-Moss.

Philip Crocco
Philip Crocco, tax partner, is based in West Los Angeles. Crocco joined HCVT in 2011 and specializes in individual and partnership taxation, providing consulting and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities. His experience includes advising on complex transactions, equity structuring and real estate-related tax planning, including like-kind exchanges. “Philip has a unique ability to go above and beyond for his clients in a calm, measured, and precise manner,” said Eckhard Walter, tax partner at HCVT. “He is passionate about the people that surround him—be it family, friends, or the loyal, committed, and aligned engagement teams that he leads and mentors. It is this passion and skill that I see Philip making impactful contributions to the firm.”

Goran Jovicic
Goran Jovicic, state and local tax partner, is based in Irvine, Calif. Jovicic has more than 14 years of public accounting experience with a focus on state and local taxation. He provides consulting and compliance services related to multistate income, sales and use, property and audit controversy tax matters.
“Goran is an integral member of the SALT group. Perchui Manasarian
Perchui Manasarian, tax partner, is also based in West Los Angeles. She joined HCVT more than 15 years ago and provides tax consulting and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. Her experience spans professional services, real estate and the entertainment industry.

Inessa Sarkisyan
Inessa Sarkisyan, tax partner, is based in Pasadena, Calif. Sarkisyan has more than 19 years of public accounting experience serving high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses across the real estate, manufacturing and retail industries.

Rebecca Wexelman-Moss, tax partner, is based in West Los Angeles. She joined HCVT in 2013 and provides tax consulting and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, corporations and partnerships across multiple industries.
