Anders Admits Nine New Partners for 2026

St. Louis-based IPA Top 100 firm Anders (FY24 net revenue of $85.18 million) has admitted nine new partners, effective Jan. 1, 2026, closing out the firm’s 60th anniversary year. 

“For 60 years, Anders has prioritized building strong relationships across our clients and teams,” said Robert Minkler Jr., Anders CEO. “Each of our new partners contributes to that strength through their leadership, their work with clients, and their role in shaping the continued growth of the firm.” 

The newly admitted partners are Dave BlattDavid DanicJake GrimmMissy KelleyJamie NauLenise NicholsJoshua SnyderTom Wadelton and Robert Willeford Jr. 

Dave Blatt, Principal and Technology Practice Leader
Blatt leads the Anders Technology AI, automation and analytics practice. He guides businesses through AI and automation strategy development, identifies high-impact use cases and deploys accelerators to improve the speed-to-value of AI investments. 

David Danic, Virtual CFO Tax Director
Danic works closely with small and middle-market businesses to deliver tax consulting and planning strategies. He focuses on reducing tax burden and identifying opportunities to improve client profitability. 

Jake Grimm, Virtual CFO Director of Innovation and Automation
Grimm develops tools and processes that streamline the virtual CFO experience for clients. He focuses on improving internal efficiency and providing clearer insight into financial performance and future outlook. 

Missy Kelley, Chief Growth Officer
Kelley brings more than 22 years of experience leading strategic growth, market expansion and innovation initiatives. She applies a blend of corporate and nonprofit leadership experience to drive firmwide growth strategy. 

Jamie Nau, Virtual CFO Director
Nau helps clients make informed business decisions by translating complex financial information into actionable insights. He draws on experience working with middle-market and large companies as an auditor and corporate accountant. 

Lenise Nichols, Tax Principal
Nichols provides tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and families. She also serves as a key resource within the firm’s family wealth and estate planning group. 

Joshua Snyder, Tax Principal
Snyder advises startup companies, athletes and high-net-worth individuals on strategic tax planning and compliance. He also helps lead the firm’s startup and entrepreneurial group. 

Tom Wadelton, Virtual CFO
Wadelton supports organizational planning and execution through forecasting, reporting and accounting operations. He is known for building strong client relationships and helping leaders achieve business goals. 

Robert Willeford Jr., Principal and State and Local Tax Practice Leader
Willeford leads the firm’s state and local tax practice, advising clients on multi-state tax matters. He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate and governmental environments.
