Saginaw, Mich.-based IPA 200 firm Yeo & Yeo (FY24 net revenue of $48.74 million) has announced the promotion of Steven Treece to principal, effective January 1, 2026.

Treece joined the firm in 2013 and is a key member of Yeo & Yeo’s tax and consulting service line. He provides tax planning and business advisory services to corporations, partnerships and high-net-worth individuals across Michigan, helping clients navigate complex tax matters and develop long-term financial strategies.
His experience spans agribusiness, construction, manufacturing and real estate. Treece is also a member of the firm’s agribusiness services and estate and trust services groups, where he advises clients on succession planning and complex estate matters.
In addition to client service, Treece mentors professionals across the firm and supports initiatives that advance Yeo & Yeo’s commitment to excellence. In 2022, he was recognized as one of the Flint & Genesee Group’s 40 Under 40 for his professional achievements and community involvement.
Beginning in the new year, Treece will transition from the firm’s Flint office to its Troy office to support continued growth in Southeast Michigan.
