Prosperity Partners Merges in Farkouh, Furman & Faccio, Establishes New York City Flagship Office

Prosperity Partners, a tax and accounting business backed by Unity Partners, has merged in Farkouh, Furman & Faccio (FF&F), a New York-based firm providing tax, attest, accounting and business consulting services. The transaction establishes Prosperity’s flagship office in New York City and adds international tax expertise and a dedicated audit team to the growing platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1974, FF&F serves domestic and international businesses, high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth families. The firm is known for deep technical expertise, superior client service and long-standing relationships.

“We are honored that Farkouh, Furman & Faccio, with its stellar reputation and talented professionals, has joined Prosperity,” said Jeremy Dubow, CEO and co-founder of Prosperity. “FF&F brings excellent service credentials, strong relationships and new subject matter expertise to our platform.”

With the addition, Prosperity will leverage its technology investments and offshore resources to enhance service delivery across its growing client base.

“While we’ve run a successful accounting firm for several decades, Prosperity provides a compelling path forward to grow our business, expand service offerings and create greater opportunity for our professionals,” said Fred Farkouh, founding partner of FF&F. The firm’s partners reinvested in Prosperity as part of the deal.

All seven partners and 38 employees from FF&F have joined Prosperity and will participate in the company’s broad employee ownership program, the Employee Purpose Plan.

“Prosperity’s people-first culture ensures that our team will be supported and provided with new pathways to grow their careers,” said Bruce Militzok, FF&F managing partner. “The ownership plan and emphasis on technology and training will help us continue delivering superior client service.”
