EisnerAmper Announces New Partners-in-Charge in Minneapolis and San Diego

New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper (FY24 net revenue of $1.02 billion) has announced leadership transitions at its Minneapolis and San Diego offices, effective January 1, 2026.

Matthew T. Brown & Michelle A. Myhra

Matthew T. Brown has been named partner-in-charge (PIC) of the Minneapolis office, overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy for a team of more than 175 professionals. Brown is a tax partner in the private client services group, advising individuals, privately held businesses and trusts and estates. He is a member of the AICPA and the American Bar Association and serves on the board of trustees of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He succeeds Beth K. Leonard, who will continue with the firm as a partner. 

Michelle A. Myhra has been appointed PIC of the San Diego office, which has more than 80 professionals. Myhra is a tax partner in the private client services group advising high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates and private foundations. She is a member of the AICPA and is active in the San Dieguito Chapter of the National Charity League. She succeeds Stephen J. Brownell, who will remain a partner.
