New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper (FY24 net revenue of $1.02 billion) has announced that Jeremy Sikkema has joined the firm as a tax partner and leader of its M&A tax due diligence practice.

Jeremy Sikkema
Sikkema has nearly 20 years of experience advising private equity firms, corporate acquirers and family offices on tax issues related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions. His work includes structuring tax-efficient deals, conducting due diligence and guiding post-transaction integration to enhance value and manage risk.
“As the M&A tax due diligence landscape becomes increasingly complex, practitioners of Jeremy’s caliber are essential to meet clients’ growth strategies,” said Michael Laveman, tax partner and managing partner of EisnerAmper’s tax practice. “We warmly welcome Jeremy and look forward to him growing this key practice area.”
“With Jeremy on board, our tax due diligence capabilities have undergone a major upgrade,” added Jeffrey Kelson, co-leader of the firm’s national tax office. “His leadership positions us as a stronger national player in both buy- and sell-side diligence.”
