New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY24 net revenue of $1.15 billion) has announced that Sebastien Cuvelier has joined the firm as a transaction advisory services partner. Cuvelier brings more than 25 years of global experience advising Fortune 1000 companies and private equity firms across software, technology, telecom, consumer and healthcare industries.
Cuvelier’s background includes buy-side and sell-side diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, financial modeling, IPO readiness, cash optimization and internal control implementation. He has advised on more than 500 global M&A transactions ranging from $10 million to $10 billion and is known for driving value creation while serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and private equity boards.
