New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY24 net revenue of $1.15 billion) has announced that Milton Tse has joined the firm as an assurance partner. Tse, who will be based in CohnReznick’s new San Francisco office, brings more than 25 years of audit and advisory experience serving public and private companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors.
Tse has led complex domestic and international engagements and has deep technical expertise in software revenue recognition, business combinations and complex financial equity instruments. He also has extensive experience supporting public companies with SEC filings and securities offerings, and advising midsize organizations on enhancing their financial control environments.
His work includes providing comprehensive risk assessments, designing internal controls and modernizing audit processes through advanced technologies and updated methodologies.
