Bloomington, Minn.-based IPA 200 firm BGM (FY24 net revenue of $40.99 million) has announced that The Vroman Group LLP, a West Des Moines, Iowa-based accounting and business consulting firm, has joined the firm. The combination strengthens BGM’s Midwest footprint and expands its capabilities in accounting, tax, advisory, wealth management and trust and estate services.

Founded in 2005, The Vroman Group serves small to midsize businesses and individuals across Iowa, bringing deep experience in accounting, tax and consulting. Its long-standing client relationships and local market knowledge complement BGM’s expanding service model.
