Sikich Appoints Marc Moss as Chief Legal Officer

Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Sikich (FY24 net revenue of $438.87 million) has appointed Marc J.M. Moss as chief legal officer. Moss brings more than 25 years of legal leadership experience across Fortune 500 and privately held multi-billion-dollar companies in professional services, industrial and B2B sectors.

Moss is recognized for building high-performing legal teams, leading complex M&A transactions and developing comprehensive compliance programs. His expertise includes corporate governance, board advisory, regulatory compliance, risk management, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, contract negotiation, government relations and international transactions.

Before joining Sikich, Moss held senior legal roles at Victra, Wells Fargo, United Technologies (Carrier Corporation), Ingersoll Rand, and Baker & Daniels, advising on strategic transactions, digital transformation and global expansion.
