New York-based Grassi (FY24 net revenue of $146.5 million) announced the acquisition of OnePoint Franchise Accounting into Grassi Advisory Group, expanding the firm’s reach of Grassi’s Franchise Services (GFS) and adding a significant roster of restaurant and food franchise clients.
OnePoint, a Denver-based firm nationally recognized for its work with leading franchise brands, has over 25 years of experience serving franchisees, franchisors, multiunit restaurant groups and other business owners across the sector. This addition enhances GFS’s existing offerings with the ability to service a broader range of ownership models across the industry, including large franchise rollups and private equity-sponsored groups.

Two partners join the firm, including Laura Wright as Franchise Business Development Leader, and Diana Mead, who will serve as Co-President of Grassi Franchise Services alongside James Bohl.
