Frazier & Deeter Accelerates Growth with Strategic Acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast

Atlanta-based Frazier & Deeter (FY24 net revenue of $184.0 million) announced two acquisitions — Towson, Md.-based Rosen Sapperstein & Friedlander LLC (RS&F) (FY24 net revenue of $24.0 million) and Charlotte, N.C.-based Pesta Finnie & Associates LLP. These strategic moves reflect FD’s continued expansion across the U.S. and the firm’s commitment to integrating talent, technology and culture to deliver an exceptional client and employee experience.

The addition of RS&F deepens FD’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region and enhances its expertise in serving family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and middle-market organizations across industries such as real estate, healthcare, government contracting, nonprofit, construction, manufacturing and technology.

Pesta Finnie, a Charlotte firm known for its real estate tax and family office advisory expertise, strengthens FD’s Southeast presence and aligns with its strategy to grow in key regional markets like the Carolinas.

“We’re growing quickly, but purposefully,” said Seth McDaniel, MP & CEO of Frazier & Deeter. “Each firm we bring on board represents not just new capabilities, but a shared commitment to quality, culture and client relationships. Integration is where growth becomes meaningful, and we connect people, systems and opportunities to make the whole stronger than the sum of its parts.”

Both RS&F and Pesta Finnie will be fully integrated into FD’s operational, technology and support infrastructure over the coming months, including access to firmwide resources in talent development, finance, marketing and business development. This integration will ensure clients experience a unified, high-quality service model supported by the scale and innovation of FD’s national platform.
